DislikedOur shower flooded the entire bathroom and bedroom, a maintenance man was sent on the first day to fix the issue, but nothing changed, we reported everyday and no change. Thought the food options in the buffet breakfast and dinner were pretty poor.

DislikedOne of the worst travel experiences which I would be happy to forget. And one of the best cases illustrating how awful service can cross and cancel any room commodities or nice views. This hotel became one of our spots in long-awaited babymoon. Unfortunately, it turned out very soon I didn’t feel quite well on this part of island, so we decided to leave it earlier. Before checking in, we informed a receptionist that we would like to cancel 2 out of 3 nights of our staying and asked how to make this change properly with potential partial saving of money, if this is possible. The answer was to contact Booking, as the hotel “couldn’t do anything when reservation is done via Booking”. It’s worth to mention that at this moment Booking suggested us 1) cancellation with 50% of charge or 2) “change of dates” with possible cancellation of the last two days via request to a hotel. Both variants were okay for us, though a receptionist answered that no requests can be processed until the next morning when the main manager comes. So we checked in, paid the whole amount and waited for the morning with a belief that “the manager” will help us handle the situation in the morning. The next morning, our request was rejected with the message that the hotel charges us 100% for cancellation. As agreed, we came to the reception to talk with the manager. And here the show started. After my “Good morning”, the greeting of the Manager started with “I will tell you why “no”. The further conversation continued in a rather rude tone with messages that “you cannot leave whenever you want”. I am lucky not to remember all the manipulative phrases this person used, but I can say for sure that never before I have been ashamed with such a rude communication by hotel administration. Not to mention that being pregnant, I didn’t have any inner power to defend myself and this was definitely not the place I was ready to do it.
