Hotel Apartamentos El Pinar

Likedgreat selection if you went early. We went late one morning and most things were gone and not replenished so much poorer selection.

LikedBreakfast service was fantastic every morning. Always greeted with a walk welcome and food on offer was great. I had been previously with my mum earlier in the year and have just stayed with my daughter. Will be returning for sure.

DislikedThe room was very noisy this time due to being put right next to reception. Will book a pool side or sea view next time.

LikedThe location is very good for exploring the entire island and for sunbathing. The large, nice, sandy beach of Cala Llonga right next to the hotel (accessible on foot). 2 km from the hotel there is a beautiful pebbly beach, Cala Sol d'en Serra, almost completely empty at this time of year (in my opinion it is the most beautiful beach out of 15 I have been to in Ibiza). A rich breakfast (8-11 a.m.) can be eaten on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, bay and beach. Free beach towels, luggage storage, safe inside the room. Free public parking available on the streets near the hotel. The apartment is large enough with a nice view (depending on which one you get).

DislikedMissing equipment in the apartment: wine or beer glasses, cutting board. Dirty microwave inside. Uncomfortable chairs inside and on the terrace. Few hangers for clothes. Coffee from a machine of poor quality (but this is usually standard in hotels).

LikedWhen i arrived i loved the location. I thought wow we've arrived to a great place. But that did not last long...

DislikedWorst 48 hour hotel experience of my life. My daughter fell ill. I was travelling alone with her with a lot of stuff. No one in the hotel offered to help me (except a cleaner). One rude receptionist told me she wouldn't help me with my bags as it was a 3 star hotel. Whatever star a hotel is, people can be empathetic and helpful towards their guests. I overheard another guest saying i shouldn't be there as we were infected guests. My daughter is 2, she was really poorly and no one helped me. I felt trapped in my room! The room.was also relaly hot and when i asked countless times for a fan, nothing materialised. Shocking do not stay here. Location may be great but some of the staff and rude and unhelpful. Ive now moved to another apartment nad have just left the local hospital. I love ibiza but this experience has put me off!

LikedSpacious room, with a good view of beach and pool. Pleasant staff. The breakfast was good and the terrace to have breakfast and drinks was superb with wonderful sea and beach views

DislikedIf anything the hotel could do with a little update, bathrooms especially, shower was a bit rusty. Pool area OK but best skinnier spots always taken with towels early morning, which was a little annoying as it always is as no one there
