LikedNice eclectic accommodations with a (partially) eccentric and very hospitable host.

LikedThe place has real character. The host (Andy) has fitted the place out with hand-made furniture and nice little touches all round. We had shared bathrooms which were to a superb standard and always clean, although there was a little bit of a queue in the morning.

DislikedThere is no breakfast served and on the day we were there (Tuesday), the local bakery and cafe were closed. Not a major headache as the local Netto has an excellent bakery, but coffee had to wait until we were on the ferry later that morning.

LikedThe host, Adam was very nice and helpful. The location was great. The layout of the rooms worked well for us.

DislikedNo air conditioning.

LikedThe property is a kind of rural house. There are some rooms with shared bathroom and toilet, but we choose the luxury apartment with bedrooms on different levels, private bathroom and toilet, with beautiful interiors and views from the windows

DislikedThere is no fully equipped kitchen but this is not stated in the property description. Everything else was perfect

LikedThe guesthouse is full of atmosphere. Many thoughtful touches from the friendly host, including ice, good filter coffee, cold water in the fridges, access to a fridge, wine and beer. Plus access to the on-site cinema. The island and the town are lovely.
