LikedThe location is amazing! The ametinies as well. But the reception team really made the difference! Thank you expecially to Mohammed and Omar, their extra touch was appreciated a lot! Thank you also to the housekeeping team and unfortunately I do not remember their name, but they are great! It was a lovely stay 10/10
DislikedThe only low point is the after check out. After few day I tried to contact the property but I went through an odissey trying ro get their attention. Mail unattended, calls being forwarded to nowhere. Really a shame trying to spoi the reputation of such a good establishment for such a poor customer service!
