LikedThe location, it was very easy to access every point from the city, it was close to train station and metro/tram. The bed was very comfortable.

DislikedWhen we entered there was a smell in the room, coming from the bathroom. Also, the cleaning of the room could be better: there were marks on the carpet and also on the drapes. The breakfast was disappointing, considering the price we paid for 2 people, 42 euros.

LikedI was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and cleanliness provided. The room was exceptionally tidy and well-maintained, which made for a very pleasant stay. One of the standout features was the working area in the room, which had plenty of space and good lighting, making it perfect for catching up on emails or getting some work done away from the office. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and warm, which helped in making my stay both relaxing and productive. I appreciated the attention to detail in the services and amenities provided. This hotel definitely stands out as a great choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for a hassle-free and comfortable experience.

DislikedThe mini-fridge in my room wasn't working properly. In addition, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring major attractions and enjoying local dining and shopping. This proximity to the heart of the city was definitely a major plus. However, the immediate surroundings of the hotel left much to be desired. The area can best be described as "sketchy," with a vibe that felt somewhat unsafe, especially during the evening hours. This detracted significantly from the overall experience.
