LikedThe location is very good. Near public transportation There are a variety of restaurants near the accommodation. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is a well-functioning kitchen, a spacious bathroom, good water pressure, and a very good hot water heating system. The heater was working fine.

DislikedThere is a lot of noise from the restaurant near the accommodation. Some nights until 04AM. Some kitchen equipment is not provided. But you can request more. The refrigerator is a type that does not have a separate freezer compartment.

LikedIt was last moment booking which I made while I was driving to Budapest . As I was travelling for work reasons I was looking for something in that part of the city . Apartments was very nice , price was perfect . You can also book a breakfast at partner hotel , but honestly there is a lot of cafes on the same street . I was accommodated in the room at Garden so it was very quiet to sleep . There is Bar on the entrance to the apartments , so I’m not sure if there is any rooms with the view to that Bar . They also helped me to storage my bags while I was on meeting on my check out day

DislikedI asked for possibility for late check out at 2 PM but got strict NO, NEVER. I’m hotelier and working in this business more than 15 years . There is always more nicer ways to answer that kind of questions , when you can not do anything . But honestly , not a big deal .

LikedThe central location was great. Loved the apartment, it was so clean, well cared for. It had everything I wanted for my stay. Would definitely stay there again if visiting budapest.

DislikedThe only criticism is that the street is pretty noisy during the night but with a pair of ear plugs not too much of a problem.

LikedAmazing place! I had no idea about Budapest and picked it for one simple reason: it was the cheapest room in the city on Booking.com. When I got there I was astonished: *My room was enormous. There was enough room to play shuffleboard (almost). *There was a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, like a microwave, coffee machine and toaster. I could eat breakfast in my room. (That means I never did partake of the breakfast buffet that they offer at quite a reasonable price.) *Most amazingly, there was a washing machine! I've never seen that before in a hotel. Great if you're bringing only the minimum of clothes in order to avoid checking in luggage, as I was. *The location was fantastic. It's right in the Jewish Quarter, which is the liveliest part of town. Dozens of restaurants & bars all around, including "Gyros Central," a place with four or five gyros/falafel joints all next to each other, right around the corner ((I strongly recommend "Falafel Bar" a little further down the street, on Wesselenyi utca 30). Plus several Korean restaurants and "ruin bars" that looked like fun. *I had no idea where it was when I reserved, but it was just a 5 minute walk from the subway and 15 minute walk from the dentist I was going to. There's a Lidl right around the corner as well as a Sparx supermarket for those who prefer a more leisurely shopping experience. *The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly, including the night guard who checked me in, the ladies working at the front desk, and the cleaning ladies. *They have a strict "quiet" policy between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning you're not going to be kept awake by the party next door. All told I'd say this was perhaps the best "value for money" hotel I ever stayed at.

DislikedJust one tiny point: no soap for the bathtub. I don't know if this was an accidental omission or policy. Anyway I always bring soap along with me because I don't like those tiny bars of soap that hotels give out, so this didn't matter to me at all, I didn't even bother asking the very helpful & friendly ladies at the front desk about it. (There was soap for the bathroom sink and in the kitchen, however.) The shower is a bit strange - the spigot for the bath is on the side, not the end, which makes it more convenient for those taking a bath. But the person who put up the shower just ran the shower head straight up from the spigot, meaning it's in the middle of the tub, too. That makes it kind of hard to take a shower. However this is a minor point that I wouldn't even mention except this form asks "what didn't you like?" so I'm wracking my brains to think of some things. (I'm convinced from my visits to many hotels that the people who install showers have never themselves ever taken a shower.) Just a word of warning, when I put the name of the place into Google Maps, it directed me to the entrance on Kaluzai St. But you need a key to get in that way, so the first time you go to the hotel you have to use the entrance on Akacfa St. You also need to pay the hotel tax in cash when you check in, but there's an ATM right out front in case you don't have any cash yet (as I didn't). I had to check in after the front desk was closed at 7 PM but the guard took care of me with no problem.
