Likedrooms and toilets are very clean
DislikedThe hotel staff did not allow early booking in any case. of course it can happen, if all rooms are full. But our hotel stated that they would not allow this since 1 month in advance. They had a more robotic staff. True, they allowed us to leave our bags, but they only allowed us to check in after 15-00, even though we stated that we came from a 10-hour flight, we arrived in Milan at 5-6 in the morning and we were very tired. Although it is a little bit close to Central Station, it may be a long way if you have heavy luggage. The room is very small and dark.

Hotel is just 4 minutes walk to Centrale station and airport shuttle. Staff are friendly and helpful but once inside the room, you can hear the noise of the next room

LikedGood location, close to Centrale FS station and also Sondrio station is in 3 minutes. New furniture in the bathroom. Small breakfast, but everything is good and fresh. Very nice people at reception. Especially an older man, who helped us with toothpaste even at night 😁
DislikedOld furniture, old windows and bad sound insulation. You can hear everyone.
