LikedThe stuff is incredible friendly , always available, attentive, willing to support. Helped to book airport transportation, a tour guide, assist to make restaurant reservations, proposed sightseeings and shared all type of information for safety, currency exchange, internet, culture etc. True concierge and to us felt like a personal concierge. Or better say, It felt like you are being hosted at someone's house who is willing to do anything to assist your staying. Excellent hospitality The terrace is also super nice for afternoon chill. The location is also excellent, initially looking on the maps, it felt that might not be close or easy to reach places but it was in heart of bazaar streets, 10min to main square, bahia palace etc. easy access using offline Google maps and safe to walk.

DislikedIts not that we didn't like it, but keep in mind its a hostel. Some little decorative parts might be broken, there are some hangers but no closet, entrance door is similar to internal home doors, rooms size etc overall for us there was no inconvenience but keep in mind that this is a budget hostel, and not your average 4star hotel. For us the important part was to have a clean, comfortable room and attentive staff to assist our staying and it exceeded our expectations.

LikedWe had a lovely Private double with a bathroom. Good amount of storage in the room, and quiet overnight.

DislikedThe bed was very hard with lumpy pillows, so not the most comfortable sleep.

LikedThe hostel is small, but very cozy and the staff there is friendly and super helpful. :) Be Nomad is also in very convenient location! Definitely recommend.

LikedThe Riad is in the city center and very traditional, it’s small and cute, the staff is very friendly and the Terrasse is the Heart of the Riad. It’s like a little oasis you enter in the center of Marrakech Medina.
