LikedVery gentle staff, always smiling and available. A special thank to Ahmed and Tarek a the reception. Rooms clean and basics, unfortunately we did not have balcony. Good location for those who want to enjoy naama bay.

DislikedWe had Hard all inclusive but we were surprised that this does not apply to the beach (they don't have their owns beach so once you join the 2 beaches available, you have to pay all the drinks). The quality of the drinks (soft or alcoholic) was not very good and no fresh juices or bottles of water included and available.
