LikedThe staff was okay
DislikedWhen checking in, I was told that a towel was missing, I had to pay 20$ because I was in hurry to catch my flight. I am an international traveller and have been in bigger hotels than J Hotel, I was disappointed and the duty manager noticed it. She was sorry though
