LikedStaff was very friendly and helpfull. Interior of the room was good except the toilet area. service was good, breakfast was good

Disliked1. There’s construction going on from early mornings upto to late evenings which doesn’t let you rest. There’s a non-stop noise 2. Location is really bad - You can’t order any online taxi to the hotel because of so called “taxi mafia”. so you have to use local taxi which would cost 3x more. 3. Villa has gaps so insects can get in easily. we found spider, gecko in our room

DislikedThe toilet in the villa has no privacy and that's not very romantic.

LikedWe liked that it was secluded and that there was a nice 20min walking track to the centre of Ubud. We also thought the rooms were nicely decorated.

DislikedWe found it slightly too cold to use the pool. The main detraction from our stay was that we had Amora staff book our transport from Amora to Gili. This transpired to be a very big mistake. We ended up paying far more than the going rate and were booked to travel with the worst fast boat company. This was highly disappointing as it seemed that Amora was not looking out for our interests. The property is also immediately above a construction site. So that detracts from the otherwise peacefulness of the location.
