LikedFood was okay and pool was clean

DislikedThe stay was very average. The location is not good. It is way inside the forest. The rooms are not upto the mark. Having internet issues in each room. And since the villa is at a very remote location, i was hardly getting any network connection.

LikedThe pictures look like paradise but there are things that definitely need improvement! The rooms don't have a nice energy. Like everything is done but no nice feeling. A bit dead. Dust in different places Mattresses hard. Depends on what one's body likes. Too hard for our bodies. (4of us). 2-3 young men left to run the place but have little idea how to run the place properly. They are very kind and really do their best but need direction from some sort of management. It is not their fault but don't have much foresight in what is needing to happen next. They take upto 45 mins to make breakfast. The kitchen is disgusting. Not clean. Mould build up on large water dispenser for water refill. It is free which is great. We were told they hardly had any ingredients for dinner because order hadn't arrived from Bali but when we asked for umbrella's for at pool we got the same answer. I don't believe it. So no sun umbrellas. Cushions on sun loungers broken, old and yukkie. Pool is nice and long and deep on one end. But pool sides not kept / some build up grime. (No shade over pool so water gets VERY warm as if stepping into a hot bath). All in all an average stay. So staff are kind and helpful when asked things but not that clean and no lively energy.

LikedIt was just a 5 minute scooter ride to the beach, perfect for spending the day soaking up the sun. The staff was so kind. They gave us welcome drinks when we arrived. Also, when we were swimming in the pool, they brought us extra towels. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The Bali coffee was so authentic! You gotta order it. We also loved that it was so quiet.

DislikedThe only drawback was the road getting there. It was really bumpy. But just go with it.
