LikedLocation was excellent, right in the middle of everything. Historic charm draws us back every year. Staff is wonderful - helpful, courteous, responsive to their guests' needs.
DislikedRoom arrangement allowed only one bedside table. Lighting was inadequate in some parts of the room. Heating/cooling fluctuated between too much and not enough and required frequent readjustment.

LikedGreat staff, amenities were close by, cleanliness. Room was very clean.
DislikedThe fridge in the room did not get cold, there was no coffee maker in the room which was very disappointing and the TV was very small for the size of the room.

LikedThe location was fantastic—very convenient to the 4 Stratford theatres. The room was comfortable, and there were amenities on par with the finest hotels. It was pleasant and convenient to have a restaurant on-site. I was pleasantly surprised there was an elevator too!
DislikedWater pressure in the shower was low.
