We ended up getting a room due to canceled flights, cheaper rate on Agoda. Showed up to hotel and refused to give us keys without paying $50 cleaning fee. Or hold passport. Flight 6am and office open 9am to get passport back so it was impossible. Cleaning fee was paid of $5 on booking but they needed more. Room was filthy. Toilet seat is nasty. No one to ta call. Pay the extra 10$ people and go else where.

LikedClean pool. Good size and comfortable room. Nice people in the team.

DislikedIn the first room we went, the bed sheets were not clean. I think they did not change them after the previous client. There were hair and stains on the sheets. But they gave us another apartment the next day. It was clean.
