DislikedEncounters with the receptionist Gaby and another one were hostile and uncomfortable. Our items were withheld from us when we were informed that we had to purchase another room for 3 people. They did not receive my friends and I with friendliness or care. At the same time, I stepped on a toe nail when I was forced to purchase another room for a night. I also felt it was unnecessary to charge extra for the Nespresso coffee, it would have been fair to be included in the breakfast meal, which I believe is over-charged.

DislikedVery poor breakfast, much worse than in other location of Ibis Budget (e.g. Germany, Poland) Far away from bus stop or metro station. Need to use taxi, when you come back to the hotel after 10.00 p.m.

LikedLodging. The room is not so spacious but it is not uncomfortable, the bed is very comfortable and pleasant. I have no complaints, everything was great. I stayed 2 nights. Location. It is quite far from the center of Madrid, but nearby is the bus station that takes you to the metro. Therefore it is easy to get to the center. Meal. There are restaurants nearby. But at the hotel they offer a buffet at a cost of €7.5. They serve cereals, bread, ham, cheese, coffee, chocolate, oranges, fruits.
