LikedI had to call them to know how to get my keys.
Dislikedthe light above the bed wasn't working. There is a side desk light but I needed that plug to plug in my phone so it would be great if the light above the bed would also work. Also it would be nice if they provide shampoo and shower gel, this can be done with either small ones like in a hotel or either those that fit to the wall and can be refilled. It would also be nice if there is washing up liquid for cleaning the dishes.

Check-in time is very early, no facilities are provided for those who are late. There is no attendant at the hotel after 5pm. Even though I paid the hotel fee, I had to stay out with my child. There is no help

LikedThe general state of our room was not bad, neither the location.
DislikedAvoid this place. Maybe it is generally well-equipped and cheap, but as soon as ANY kind of problem arises, they will leave you alone to deal with it. Our room had a problem with its lock. In the end, the receptionist made us break in(!), which only worked for the first time. Then we had to pay a professional locksmith. No response to any kind of contact from the owner, neither by phone call, by SMS or by e-mail. They gave us no compensation for the damages. The case is currently being transformed to the European authorities.

it is not a comfortable Hotel, I stay there with my friend, first I asked for a NON-smoking room and the room smelled smoke, 2* there was no shampoo or shower gel we bought one, 3*the towels were not clean, 4* The fridge makes a noise, 5* the pillows were very low and tiny, 6* The shower head was broken and the water was weak, 7* it's not safe to park your car especially if your car number is outside Belgie,
