Hotel San Pablo Sevilla

LikedOur flight was running late so we could not check in until after midnight and the hotel welcomed us after 12 no problem at all. Very friendly staff who were very helpful.

DislikedI can't fault this hotel. Very comfortable clean room. All brilliant and not too far from the airport.

LikedStaff were pleasant and helpful . Room was a suit with large bathroom sitting room and separate bedroom. The rooms were spotless and well maintained.

DislikedThere were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. No water. We arrived at 21.00 and there was no food available in the hotel only a vending machine. That was my fault because I had not read the details properly.

DislikedCheck in Staff performance bad. When I book on line chose to pay room fee at the property, When check in staff not patience and didnt explain things well, I paid cash for three rooms, only at night when that same night I check my online banking and noticed three rooms were charged my credit card online one day early before my arrival and no email to inform me, but when check in not told me and still received my cash. I immediately approach counter only by then they explain that, usually when had big activities in city they will charge ahead of time even customers chose to pay at property.
