The resort is big. Room is spacious. The best is they have 24 hours in-room dining. Staff are courteous. Resort have about 4 to 5 pools. Facilities are good.

This resort is huge! The rooms were great, spacious and clean, buffet breakfast although expensive was great, on the very far end of Karon beach so we did a LOT of walking to meet up with friends who were staying closer to Karon centre. The biggest let down of this resort is just the temperature of the pools (especially the front pool) which is HOT! I like warm pools but this was very hot, and none of the other pools seemed much better. However, it was very hot while we were there so maybe at other times of the year the pools will be cooler/ more refreshing.

LikedSheer size of the hotel, offering many beautiful pools and stone throw to the beach. I wanted to watch prem football that kicked off at 2:15am and the staff kept the TV ready for me and turned it on for me alone to watch through till 430am. Was excellent of them. Location is excellent for walking to nearby restaurants, massage and grocery shops along with taxis just outside for short trip to Patong.
DislikedLots of European holiday makers throwing down towels on sunbeds and reserving them all day despite being seemingly elsewhere.

LikedNumber of pools, friendly staff who managed to deal with the other quite rude and/or intoxicated Russian guests.
DislikedWe wanted the freedom to take or leave breakfast, so didn't book in advance. At nearly double the cost and expensive to have a just a croissant and (poor) coffee that didn't have our desired oat milk, it made us choose more often than not to head out of the hotel for breakfast. Also, they should really have fans for the outside area restaurant. Rude and intoxicated Russian guests.

DislikedThat the pools ran out of towels mid afternoon. Not enough space for guests. The staff in the restaurants are terrible.
