for this price tag the hotel is very worn down, service the classic thai average between no have, no understand or pen and tot. Price for this hotel should range around THB 1,000

Excellent value for money, right on the beach just a bit of a walk to the main road but plenty of tuk tuks available just outside the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice.

Good value for money. However, location is not very central to Koh Lanta, and not much going on in the area. This made for a nice, quiet stay, but was difficult to get around to see things if you’re wanting to explore the area. In addition, this resort advertised that it is “adult only”, which prompted us to book for a quiet stay. Upon arrival, we were informed by a paper in our room that the resort will be opening their bookings to families and children in their low season, which happened to be when we were staying. This is fine, but we would have booked elsewhere if we had known this before arrival and during booking. It felt dishonest that the company advertised “adult only” online but did not fulfill that in person. Otherwise, very nice facility with a lovely beach area and plenty of seating in the beach and by the pools to relax. Included breakfast was the best we’ve had during our stay in Thailand.

Got a nice room 971! Clean spacious and comfortable bed. The restaurant is overpriced for the quality. The breakfast buffet is good with a lot of different options. The restaurant across the street ( Chalong restaurant )is fantastic. Family restaurant good portions, quality and the price is very good. If you’re going to rent a scooter walk the ten minutes to rent. The ones at the hotel are not well maintained. It sputurd and the breaks were slack.
