LikedOur 10 night stay was amazing. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and very tasty. Clean room and comfy bed. Will definitely stay there again 😊 thank you so much Prama Samir

LikedSpacious, clean room overlooking big pool, & beach, excellent breakfast, variety of gym equipment, polite staff, long boardwalk for walks/bike rides, night entertainment at the beach & eateries close by., pool umbrellas, towels available, lots of beach & pool lounges to lay on

LikedShallow pool for children
DislikedPlay room was being refurbished and we were not told. It was a big reason for booking the hotel as my grand daughter is 18 months

LikedStaff were fantastic and very helpful, room was great especially being pool side, food options were great, pools and facilities were amazing, gardens were beautiful and well looked after, location was wonderful.

LikedThe staff was wonderful and always helpfull and happy. Also the location is great.
DislikedThe room wasn’t very clean including a used pair of slippers in middle of the floor, an open used bar of soap in shower and it appeared the bathroom counter was not wiped. Also, the surrounding poor deck was a little dirty and tired. Finally, the beach was disappointing. It was littered with garbage. I’m understand it’s a lot better than years ago. So improvements are happening.
