This hotel has everything you could want/need for a family with small children. Everything was seamless…from checking in to checking out the staff took such amazing care of us! We arrived at 2am which was difficult but they and our room ready with a baby cot and everything. Breakfast every morning was delicious & there were plenty of option for all of us. They were always able to provide us with a high chair, no matter where on the property we ate. My 3 year old loved the kids pool with slide (only downside was the water was super warm and not very refreshing, but that’s what you get with the weather) There were always enough available lounge chairs and cabanas which is so nice! The beachside restaurant had the best Nasi Goreng Ayam & everything was very fair priced. I would 100% stay here again!

2 good pools, on the beach, quiet end of town. Breakfast has a good variety. Rooms are a bit dated and aircon doesn't always work well. We have had to change rooms. Would stay here again .

One negative, food value and blandness of options available from the beach bar bistro. Recommend that for dinner you walk out to the boardwalk turn left or right or both if you are staying for multiple nights and find warung-bistro’s like Bobby’s and Retro! That said, their buffet breakfasts are faultless! And everything else is first rate. We will be including a stay with Prama again next year (if they’ll have us back after this) when next we holiday in beautiful Bali!
