LikedFriendly staff, food great, nice pool, right on the beach with a very safe swimming area.

DislikedNothing at all, it was great!

Liked1. Staff - helpfull and nice 2. Breakfast abundant and many choices. You can order drinks (other type of coffee) that not in Buffet. 3. Big room with Balcony. 4. Beach (kind of private) behind the hotel with sunbeds and shower.

Disliked1. Room that was provided at first (2nd floor) was really strong with mouldy smell (musty). Very strong indeed. Then the staff changed 2nd room also at 2nd level. This time they use fragrance spray to cover up the smell. Since I am allergic to mould, my nose clog straight away. So we change again to the 3rd room at 3rd level. No mouldy smell - we accepted it. 2. The room we stayed - smell sewage from bath room - come and go. Especially at night. Very very dusty behind /under furniture (see picture). 3. Aircond controller seems does not work - 26 degree celcius no different as 20 degree celsius :-) . If you turn on the fan, you can smell dust :-/ 4. Not all sunbeds are with Sun Umbrella. So sometime you will not get to use it because is not enough umbrella.

DislikedThe bed was so hard, it ruined my stay. I actually had problems walking the next day. I truly did not look forward to the evening as the bed was sooooo uncomfortable. Very disappointing for a top quality hotel. I did report this, but was fobbed off as it didn't matter.

LikedCannot fault this hotel, great service, staff are so friendly and accommodating it was my birthday and hotel placed a welcome birthday message in my room with decorations,flowers and a small cake which was very thoughtful 😊Room was big and spacious bathroom having a large walk in shower plus having a bonus of a second separate toilet...this is second time I have stayed at this hotel and would certainly return.

LikedThe property is nice, located on the beach.

DislikedIt’s very outdated. The rooms are spacious, yet the “shower room” floors are insanely slippery the instant they are wet. They do “fog” for mosquitoes but most rooms have balconies facing away from the hotel so you’re eaten alive if you step foot out there. The pool also has no shade and is very deep.
