Yotel Boston

LikedFirstly, the manager gave me a breakfast voucher for my birthday which was absolutely lovely. The location is great, the robot brings you water to your room was a cool bonus! The hotel itself is smart and clean. Rooftop bar was lovely on a sunny day!

DislikedI mean the rooms are tiny but that’s Yotels signature I guess and despite that we had a great short stay but I probably couldn’t be somewhere that small for a week or so (but I doubt people do anyway) Not that it bothered us personally but the toilet/shower is all in the room so best be confident with your partner !

DislikedConsidering the price point, the room was very small and I had to move around the bed to get from one point to the other. Also there was a lot of noise from the street.

LikedThe location is great. The facilities are modern and everything worked.

DislikedThe room is unusually cramped with almost no space. The bed is a hospital bed which is kept up all day, because when it is flat, you cannot get around it. The room has not an inch of extra space. There is no cupboard for hanging clothes, etc. The furniture that there is, is custom made to fit into minuscule spaces. The plugs restrict amperage, so it was difficult to fully recharge my computer, barely getting a full charge overnight.

LikedExcellent location, seriously you can't beat this location for seeing Boston, or being near to good transport links.

DislikedThe room was a little on the small size, with an electronically folding out bed, which whilst it did mean that it made the best of a small room, it also meant that the mattress always felt a little bit of a depression where it was folded over and so wasn't the most comfortable.
