LikedGood central location.

DislikedA little run down in the immediate neighbourhood. Had to take two elevators to 19th floor, which was a complete pain. Completely miserable default toiletries, as in they only leave a single tiny bottle for three guests. In fairness, the front desk did give extra when asked.

LikedThe location was great. So close to everything & able to walk. Also so close to Canal St & the street cars. Good sized room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Not happy seeing a huge roach in the drain and overall a not so aesthetically pleasing nor clean bathroom. Staff moved us to another room, but first impressions are everything.
