LikedThe staff, overall, was courteous and welcoming. The building and rooms were nice but small. The pool was good sized but our key card never opened the gate...

DislikedWe had an issue where we changed rooms and an item was left in the original room. We talked to the hotel staff 5 times with constant promises that they would get back to us. Not once did they follow up. To my face, they acted like they cared but there was zero follow through. The item was never returned. Not saying it was stolen, as we left it in the room, but it certainly was never returned. We also had to ask to get towels constantly as house keeping kept taking our extra towels and not replacing them and we had to ask to get shampoo/body wash refilled as it ran out after 1 day and house keeping did not check it. Overall, this stuff took a relatively good experience and turned it into, "we'll never stay there again" and may not stay at Marriott properties again.

LikedThe room and amenities were as pictured and described. The room was as advertised and met our expectations. It was clean.

DislikedHave stayed at the property twice and both times, have encountered problems with the front desk. We paid in advance but were were double charged for the room. And it was a 30-minute fight to prove to them that they were wrong, which they eventually acknowledged. Twice the same problem. We don't want to go through that again - really sours the stay when you have to fight with the property and the desk clerks/managers. We stay at more than enough properties around the US to know how its suppose to be (and not suppose to be). It shouldn't be that difficult to get it right both at check-in and check-out. Needs to up your front desk game and not drop the ball.
