DislikedThe staff was bad, they take 150$ from our credit card, and they don’t give it back

LikedIt was convenient and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful.

DislikedThere wasn’t a fridge in the room and unfortunately they were understaffed so the room wasn’t cleaned during the day. First world problems though. We had a good stay.

DislikedBut I was unhappy about the up charge for wanting to relocate my room and with the fact the staff lied and said that the exact room would be smaller if moved to a higher floor.
