LikedThe restaurant food was good when they got the order right. Some of the staff were helpful.
DislikedThey didn’t have the right room - we had booked two beds and they only had a room with one for the first night. We asked for housekeeping three times to make the room up another night including thru the front desk and nobody did it. We ordered dinner and a steak with nothing on it and it came out as the menu covered in things.

LikedWe loved the location the rooms and beds were really comfy and our balcony was great.
DislikedWe had a couple of issues with our cleaner taking our own personal mugs and when we asked about it thinking it was an innocent mistake we heard nothing back. A little disappointing as it was a souvenir from a previous location.

LikedThe location was perfect for Mardi Gras!
DislikedThe 3rd floor that we had our room on smelled like mildew. After taking a shower it was apparent the hotel didn't design the shower properly. After showering the whole bathroom floor and the carpet outside the bathroom were soaked.
