LikedThe beds were VERY soft for my personal taste. The room was lovely and I was really impressed with the door in the bathroom that goes from the main door to the toilet room (haven't seen that before in my travels!)

DislikedI struggled to find the in-room dining info until I called and was pointed to the QR Codes. The TV guide isn't very helpful (shows channel but not what's on it). I was there for a conference and the food was very delicious. Parking fee seems pretty steep but I guess that's downtown for you!
