DislikedThe swimming pool has a laughable bar service and the guy will chase you for more drinks like I am an ATM. Plus he will try to chase you out even before you finished your last drink. I forgot some personal belongings there (very light stuff that you can put in a single envelope and complimentary post it out for a few bucks) but instead I was asked 75 USD to get it shipped to a nearby country. Is this the treatment that you expect from the best hotel in town and when you shell out 300 USD per night in Vietnam?

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views from reception,pool area,restaurant and rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is vast & great quality. Hotel is in a nice quiet area next to park & shopping mall. Nice pool high up maybe could have been a couple of degrees warmer. Panoramic room was excellent- well maintained,cool and quiet although a little small. But the VIEWS !!!! Overall highly recommended.
