DislikedThey canceled my reservation 24 hours before I was supposed to check in. This left me no time while I was traveling to book something else… And when you book something last-minute in a place like Napa it cost you an absolute fortune. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book here!

Amenities in the room was complete even with a washer and dryer eventhough they were a bit old. We were charged extra resort fee that we werent aware of when booking though.

LikedThe location is good, convenient to Napa. The facilities were ok, we didn’t use any except the hot tub one night, which was fine The staff were very nice, just not able to fix any of the problems

Disliked1. Our room on the first floor had a patio facing the parking lot, we had to keep the drapes closed all the time, so the room was always dark 2. PARKING WAS HORRIBLE- the resort was full with several corporate events, and there was parking available for fewer than half the guests. People had to park along the access road and walk a long way to their rooms 3. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling inside the shower, there was light visible from the floor above!
