LikedWe liked almost everything The view, the room, the pool area, staff and the breakfast.
DislikedMany stairs inside the property (because of nature of this area) and there was no elevator. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

LikedProperty was great and location perfect! The breakfast amazing and would highly recommend adding this on. Staff were so helpful and carried our luggage up and down from our room.
DislikedThe stairs in the property were no issue for us however there are around 4 flights between the swimming pool and the main reception then another flight to reach the exit.

LikedEverything was great! The view especially. Close to the bus station and just steps away from restaurants. Lots of selections for breakfast. Friendly staff.

LikedThe view was amazing and the location is good. Plus the jacuzzi we had was wonderful, the staff was also very helpful and nice.
DislikedSo many steps . But it’s worth it for the view of the volcano.
