LikedThe room (inc. bathroom) was very spacious, had a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is excellent (definitely opt into the breakfast) w/ a view of the stadium. When the weather is nice, this is a great location to walk anywhere in the city. Close to Union Station, where you can transit to the airport. Starbucks in the hotel lobby.

DislikedI called down twice to receive housekeeping-related services (was missing a robe and slippers and the hairdryer broke), and on both accounts, though the staff on the phone was nice, it took 1hr+ and several calls to get sorted. FYI, if you're not at this hotel for a Rogers Centre game: this hotel might not be a great choice; there is security checking your bags every time you enter the hotel (which is tedious for guests) and Ubers are not able to pick you up or drop you off at the hotel when a game is on. Plus, it's louder.

LikedGreat location, could easily walk to all the places we wanted to see, easy walk to subway and buses, plenty of food nearby. Starbucks and restaurant in the hotel. Staff were great, upgraded our room just because there was a better one available.

DislikedSome rooms are pretty far from the elevator, didn’t bother us.
