LikedGreat location

DislikedHorrendous noise coming from the heating system that disturbed us through the night. Recorded the noise and played it to receptionist next morning. Little or no reaction. Very disappointing.

LikedClean, Modern, Quiet room. Great location. Two of Chicagos classic and best restaurants in Original House of Pancakes for breakfast and the iconic Gibsons steak house for dinner are steps away. Shopping a short walk.

DislikedNo coffee in lobby or room. Only a few ounces of espresso.
