LikedI got upgraded to a king size bedroom.
DislikedI was in the basement floor so I heard loud footsteps in the evening and did not get good sleep on the first night.

LikedGreat room on the top floor, clean and comfortable with free water, tea and coffee. Decent shower and good wifi. Luggage storage was very useful. Good location for tubes and for walking to Hyde Park and Regents Park. Plenty of supermarkets, places to eat and drink nearby. Despite its central location, hotel is very quiet at night.
DislikedThe cleaning staff are noisy in the morning, don't expect to sleep once they start!

LikedOverall a very good hotel with friendly staff, clean room and equipped with everything you need. Location is very central and easily reachable by public transport. The free wine and cheese is a nice bonus!
DislikedWe had a room in the basement underneath the restaurant so it was a bit noisy.
