Disliked"It was before my check-in that the troubles started. The reservation team wanted to charge me extra on the same day we arrived! I made my booking on Booking.com, considering 3 adults in a superior guest room with 2 double beds for 5 nights for approximately 1,400 AUD. However, they insisted that I needed to pay an extra 1,600 TBH per night for the 3rd person, meaning an extra $350 AUD! It was a chat conversation for hours. They didn't want to help me at all. If they publish their prices with a company like Booking.com, they should respect and try to manage a situation like this and provide assistance to the guest. That, for me, is good service. But they didn't offer me any solution; just that I needed to contact Booking and pay the extra fee. Finally, Booking.com gave me all the assistance, and the hotel put an extra bed in the room without any logic; an extra bed wasn't needed. Despite finally accepting the price, they only provided amenities for 2 persons. I had to call a few times to ask for more conditioner, body lotion, more coffee, cups, glasses, etc. Regarding the maintenance of the hotel, the jacuzzi wasn't working, the beach was extremely dirty, there was moisture and fungus everywhere, and the pool had mold. All my previous experiences in 5-star resorts have been perfect. This was awful and did not worth the money at all. This was supposed to be a special time with my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary, which was the reason why I chose this hotel. But now I regret it."
