LikedBeds were a dream, views were great, shower temp and pressure were Good.

DislikedPool was a let down, small pool that wasn't very warm with small fitness facilities. No hot tub or steam room

LikedStaff were very friendly and helpful, rooms comfy and clean.

DislikedExorbitant fees for wifi, Internet didn't work half the time, ordered food and was told to pick it up at concierge desk and waited 45 minutes only to find it sitting at the restaurant stone cold, elevators were not working most of Easter weekend during a huge anime convention and I had to walk down from the 27th floor several times, and at times waited 35 minutes for an elevator (not an exaggeration!) Even with 3 of 4 elevators working, It took me 2.5 hours to take my stuff down to my car as I had to make several trips and each trip took 30 minutes due to elevator wait times. Horrendous. Never again.
