LikedBreakfast was great. Waiting staff were friendly. Room were nice. Not modern but just nice.

DislikedSelection of tea in the rooms. No camomile tea. No Perpermint tea thats just peppermint on its own. You have to purchase kt through roomserviice at a ridiculous price. Also had a bad experience with one of the ladies braiding my 3year old daughter hair They charge 500,000.00 ($50 Australian) to braid it but literally had no idea what she was doing. When our Indonesian nanny mentions this to her and showed her how it's meant to be done her response was ok then you do it. This person was arragent, horrible and rude. She thought she saw better then us because she lived in perth and only comes to bali for 2 months a year. After this horrible experience My 3year old daughter was crying so much and so upset because her braids were very badly done and looked nothing like the pictures being used to advertise the service. Spoke to managent. All they said is we'll retrain her but this is not a punishment for how she acted towards us and my 3 year old little girl. Felt.like managent don't really care.

LikedFacilities were incredible.So easy to have a relaxed and enjoyable trip. Kids loved the bikes and beach!

LikedThe buffet breakfast was amazing. It catered for all cuisines. The beach was at our doorstep easy access and plenty of daybeds available to guests. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel passed our expectations and was very easy to get around.
