LikedLocation, proximity to American Airlines Center Gym was very nice
DislikedNever had our room cleaned in the three nights we were there! Room & Elevator were not that clean!

LikedThey upgraded our room.
DislikedCheck in took over 30min because computer wasnt working then Room Keys didnt work and I had to go back down 4x to the front desk to get them fixed. Dirty pool with slippery film on the bottom. Couldnt exit garage because they disabled our key.
