LikedWe loved the water bottle refill stations. We go everywhere with our reusable water bottles and really appreciated that you offered that service. The kids loved the pool and I used the gym. Both were clean well appointed. I also really appreciated that we could plug our car in, in the parking garage. Huge bonus for us!
DislikedThe only problem we had during our stay was getting to the waterfront district with our stroller. We kept running into stairs. We would have loved a walking map of the area to know the best way to get into that part of the city.

LikedRoom was clean, bed was very comfortable.
DislikedThe hot tub was not functional. Despite the "do not disturb" sign on my door, housekeeping was very loud and tried to enter my room numerous times before it was time to check out. Service at MJ O'Conner's was horrific.
