DislikedThe relation cost quality is not worth the money. This is a 4star hotel and you expected it to add extra value according to the price paid. - poor reservation management: I booked double bed, received 2 singles set together. I do not expect to pay 140GBP for a bed and sleep with a hole in the mifdle of it. - poor reservation management: Requested quiet room, and got a room in the ground floor in front of the street. If you had no other room in one of the upper floors, just tell it in advance and let me cancel. Could not get a change upon arrival, it was full. Offered a change the day after, only if I accept them manipulating my belongings. Was not worth the hustle for just an extra night remaining. - improvable cleansing: room desk was full of dust. - under expectation room quality: noisy ground floor. - low quality breakfast: not worth 17GBP. Same quality breakfast iffered by travellodge in front for 10GBP. This should not be a 4 start hotel, honestly.
