LikedAfter finding blood and hair on the bed , they were able to change my room. The room attendant did not speak English so after I asked her can I get new bed padding she rolled her eyes and started talking to the other worker in Spanish and laughing
Dislikedno breakfast served for two days so we wasn't able to get breakfast

LikedBeautiful room and quiet location, but not too far from the action! It surrounded by good restaurants inside and out. Would stay again!

LikedLocation was great.
DislikedNoise from the hallways. Stained sinks. Gnats or fruit flies in the rooms. Lighting in the room was bare to none. Had to go downstairs every time I needed ice. Only one elevator at times. Power sockets on the nightstand were very loose. Wouldn't hold plugs.

Likedthe location was great... we were less than 5min drive to the festivities. Restaurants were close. the rooms were beautiful and very clean. We didn't eat upstairs at the hotel restaurant but the view in the lounge area upstairs was amazing.
Dislikedthe platform beds were really low to the ground (comfortable but low). The Bar was nice but very expensive.
