LikedBed, bath and Location with the view.

DislikedTV didn’t work, often no warm water, stuff forgot several times to refresh the water, loud club above the rooms

LikedHotel is at a nice location by the Hudson River, as of writing this it is definitely "new" and "cool". Rooms are modern and clean, with a fairly spacious bathroom and tub.

DislikedNote that there is a club above the hotel which is audible for some rooms late at night.
