DislikedAlthough I've e-mailed the hotel twice, I've not ever received an itemized bill for my stay - the one e-mail that indicated it was my bill was empty.

LikedService was wonderful. The staff are very personable. We got the Junior Suite, which is not that more expensive than the regular room. Nice size balcony.
DislikedThe layout of the suite is a bit convoluted. Unfortunately there's a structural post in the living room and the bedroom, but there's nothing they can do about it I guess.
