I stayed here with my partner for our first 3 nights in India and had a wonderful experience. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing extra amenities (e.g. toilet paper, water) whenever needed. Breakfast at the hotel was an extra 500 rupees, but it was totally worth the price for delicious Indian/Western mixed breakfast foods. The road outside is quite busy most of the day/night so it can be a bit noisy, but if you’re a heavy sleeper then it’s totally fine! There’s also some great shops and food in the area .

Hotel rooms were not cleaned, there were dust on lights and tables. Also, AC makes too much noise., bedsheets was not clean. Also food quality is not good. I wont recommend if you paying 8000 or more for this hotel, its better to book oyo town house with same facilities but cheaper price

Rooms are clean and staff was polite and helpful from the check-in desk to the servers in-room. The in-room dining options are great. They also have a spa on the 4th floor. Would recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Shalimar and really enjoyed our stay there. We loved our rooms. The housekeeping and room service staff were very polite and helpful. We loved the location too. Will definitely go back there again.
