LikedThe staffs are extremely helpful and polite. Hotel is located right next to shimbashi station (JR Yamanote line, asakusa line, Ginza line, and few others), very convenient. Lots of restaurants izakaya nearby. Walking distance to Ginza and Tsukiji market. Room is big and clean.

LikedLocation is great. Hotel is clean. Employee are very nice. Bed are soft and easy to fall into sleep and relax.
DislikedBreakfast is not so great. Not too many kind of food can select. Coffee machine is very slow and many people are waiting to get coffee.

LikedThe hotel is at Haneda airport and we stayed to catch an early morning flight. The room was very clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Very quick easy check out

LikedThe location, close to subways, Ginza and the river front is unbeatable. Great views from the reception, restaurants and the room. The room was also super clean, but it turned out to have a musty odour (as mentioned in at least one other review - as later found out). However too tired to change it and it was not constant (aircon?).
