LikedWe have upgraded to a see view room. Nice room with beautiful view (a bit too small for 3). Room service was good. Beach is nice and clean, food is good - the chef is very good and really nice. Good service at breakfast. Hotel taxi service was great.
DislikedWe stayed 1 week now and 1 week a year ago. We can compare and unfortunately some things we liked last year were not present this time. Some of the reception staff is not nice enough - we didn't feel very welcome on arrival. Service was great last year!!! But the biggest problem this year was the service at dinner. Last year it was good, this year it was really bad! Long wait for drinks. Dirty plates were just left on the table, the dinner staff manager was just staying there and arguing with the staff... It was a real chaos... Very disappointing.

"Even though we only stayed there for a night, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the retreat The hotel and room was very clean and spacious, and room service was very fast and efficient We enjoyed the buffet @ the hotel restaurant vibe with their friendly staff , and as well as the relaxing time by the beach with the different activities like pool One thing though is that we wish it was more convenient to get to as the monorail was really far away and you could only access it via walking or booking an uber, perhaps providing a shuttle bus to the monorail would be good "

DislikedThe hotel is a mess, terrible, and it is way far from anything. The staff are not friendly and we asked for the manager they refused to let us talk to him and the locked us out of our room
