LikedWe appreciated the early check-in (by 1 hour) that was provided. The corner studio was sizable, comfortable, with a large bathroom, and quiet.
DislikedWhile most staff members were polite, one - a gentleman - was peculiarly abrupt at the time of checking in. We noticed how we was polite with other guests, but not us.
