LikedRoom was beyond luxury! Our other NYC hotel room would have fit into the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the bath was like a swimming pool. Staff gave us a free glass of champagne and mini desserts as we were still in our wedding garb!

DislikedHave stayed in 2018 and to be honest the standard has gone down.Was not able to reach reception or room service with the phone provided in the room.Ran out of water and room Did not have tea coffee facilities until day 2 of our stay,after I complained -A lovely man named Russell at the check in counter was able to assist!Very grateful to him.
