Hotel is located close to shops just the main entrance is facing the side so you need to walk towards to the end to get in. Is very posh and center locations to many shops. Rooms are spotless clean, even side corner table. Only thing is the fan in bathroom doesn't work. Apart from 1staff he wasn't helpful during check in or want to assist, the rest of the staffs at front desks are amazing. The staffs happily offer another card as I left my both cards in the room. Even the room cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. Customers service are superb. Breakfast buffet was good but tends to bit expensive compare to what is around with similar offer. Saying that the buffet diner at level 1 is fantastic. Pricey but is definitely worth the try. From roast, to lamb racks, to salad, veggies, soup and seafood even dim sim is all there. The dessert is NOT to be miss, even cater those who may not like heavy sugar sweets. If you like the shopping this is also the place to be.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of a lively shopping area in Causeway Bay. Literally beside Ikea. Surrounded by several shops, restos, and beside an MRT station exit. Seamless and quick checkout, as they have a self checkout kiosk. They even have a 24x7 gym, can access it even at late night. Only downside, they no longer give free bottled water due to their sustainability drive. But I will definitely stay here again next time.

Very happy with the family room that accommodate 1 big child plus 1 child. Very happy with nespresso coffee in room and great gym. Resting area in the gym was also a big plus since our flight was still late evening.
