DislikedThe room was very small I thought with my booking.com points I would have received a room upgrade They offered cocktails for happy hour and we had to send them back. They were so terrible, the bar manager who made them was arrogant and got in my partners face. The room service food was appalling we spend $100 and received a Parma , wedges chips ans nuts. Would never stay here again. The people at reception were lovely.

I checked in at 15:15 and staff said my room wasn’t ready. And she said they had another room with accessibility facilities ready and she proposed everything is just the same with a bigger bathroom. I took it but I actually found the accessibility room is different in every aspect in fact! So I needed to get out and asked for my original room! She shouldn’t have misled me and just wanted me to get in any room! And the guest should be ready on time. I had a long haul arriving to the hotel. It was disappointing right in the beginning.
